Mary Thought She Had a New Hoopty Ride!
We saw the episode again where Mary and Moe buy the storage unit with the SUV inside. As they cannot enter the unit, the car looks ok, might just need a little work. Mary thinks her Dad can get it running in no time and she will have a cool new car. Once they buy it and can finally get in, the car has no engine and is missing other major parts! Finally Mary admits defeat and they simply haul the car away to the crusher.
Jenny Wins Furniture Locker and Bubba and Ricky Score Tools Locker
Jenny does focus on a big furniture locker with her mom and wins it. She is only bid up a little bit by Bubba. Ricky and Bubba are there to buy big lockers to build up their inventory for a big sale as their warehouse. The tools locker Bubba buys ends up being just about empty of all the tools. Moe and Mary need big items, but end up buying a locker full of mystery plastic tubs. Against Mary’s advice, Moe does buy the bins locker and they end up with a valuable gun site, worth $325 dollars.
Mary Looking for New Customers, No Projects for Her
Mary says she wants to attract new customers and wants some nice single items, no projects this time. Her and Moe don’t bid on the luggage, motorcycle or office furniture in this round and leave with nothing. Jenny does get her old Polaroid camera’s appraised, her 1972 camera does end up being worth $500 and she breaks even on her locker.
Mary Trying out Her New Bid Call, Jenny Eves Dropping on Ricky
Jenny says she had a big sale at her shop and needs to buy furniture to fill her store. Mary is trying her new bid call “biddage” and Jenny tests her evesdropping skills. Ricky and Bubba purposely build up a locker in value when talking about it, to teach Jenny a lesson. She ends up buying the locker and it turns out to be a dud.
Jenny Going for Furniture Needing Love and Moe in a Wheelchair
Jenny says she is shopping for lockers with furniture, just needing a little fix up, and she can sell easily. She is sticking with what works. Moe and Mary don’t bring their big truck and are shopping small as Moe is injured and Mary has to push him around in a wheelchair. With Moe and Mary not in top bidding form, Victor scores a cheap locker with some tree climbing equipment in it.
Mary Thinks She Has Scored a New Car
Mary says she needs a hoopty-ride, and goes after a locker with a car in it. She thinks it can be fixed up right away for her to drive. Jenny is focused on any type of item for her store as she said she needs everything. Mary ends up crushing her car as too many parts were missing and it was a bust.
Ricky and Bubba Win Furniture Lockers, Mary Makes a Fish Tank?
Ricky and Bubba clean up with two great lockers full of furniture. They end up calling down their nephews to unload both lockers and load up the furniture. They appraise all their items and it looks like they will make some good money on all of it. We finally see what Mary does with the TV she bought from Jenny, she makes a fish tank. There must have been something wrong with the water though, the fish appear to die immediately.
Jenny Bidding for Guy Stuff in Lockers
Jenny says she has too much feminine stuff in her store and is shopping for guy stuff. Maybe items for a weekend party, man cave type of items. Mary does win a furniture locker from Ricky and Bubba. It has some oak tables, bed set and movie poster lighted sign. There is an old tv in the locker that she ends up selling to Mary.
Mary Bidding Without Moe
Mary was bidding in this episode without Moe. Ricky and Bubba saw this as a time to strike and get all the lockers, while Mary didn’t have her financial backing. Jenny was shopping for guy stuff for her store and to resell. Mary did try to channel Moe a few times and guess what he would say about her purchases or ideas. Pretty funny!
Mary and Moe Grab a Locker with some Tables and an Enamel Sign
Mary and Moe grab a locker from Victor, who was also bidding on the same stuff. The locker had a few dining room tables that were in good shape, some old metal musical discs and a Texaco enamel sign. Moe was interested in the diner style leather booths and discs, Mary was going to get the enamel Texaco sign checked out for value.
Turns out the enamel sign is real from possibly from the 1920′s, authentic and good be worth as much as $900!
